This monument was designed with the understanding that such a monument, symbolizing theindependence of a country, should have a magnificence and style in accordance with the struggle to achieve the independence. With its 91 mts column made by reinforced concrete and 20 mts. Steel tower it raises to Ashgabat skyes in such a grandeur.
The project of the independence monument, designedto represent the independence, consists of a dome having 40 mts diameter and a 91 mts high reinforced concrete column raising to the sky from the center of the dome.
On top of the column there is a flag pole 27 mts high. The observation terrace at the 80th mt of the monument is accessed by a lift. There are also two presidential flag poles on code 28.0 mts of the main column. At the 4 main entrances of the monument there are statues of important personalities of Türkmenistan.
There are also around the monument the statues of the 7 big poets of Türkmenistan. The monument spreads an area of 28.147 sq.mts and is surrounded with cascading and water-jet pools. The indoor area is 5298 sq.mts.

In memory of the 10th year of the independence of Turkmenistan, Polimeks built a monument-park. This large monument-park was built on 105.000 m² area. The most splendid and important section of the park is theenormous pool, containing 10 horse stautes of 13 m diameter and 13 m height each, representing the 10th year
of independence.
The 5802 sq.mts pool is designed like the Türkmenistan Star, with 8 corners. The 10 horse statues
and the water-jets are in the center of the pool. Besides the main pool with its 1312 nozzles exhibiting splendid water-
games, there are 5 more pools. In all pools 4.000 cu.mts of water is in continuous movement.
The project lying on 105.000 sq.mts area, was completed in only 3 months with 3 shifts workforce. With its appearance, enthusiasm, quality and the very short period of delivery, this project is an accomplishment that the young Polimeks firm is always proud of. 4.100 trees, 150 illuminations, 8.200 sq.mts of ceramic tiles and15.181 sq.mts of granite were used in this project.

The performance platform, designed by Polimeks Construction architectural group, is a compound lying on 54.000 sq.mts area and water-jets and cascades, and green areas. This platform will host large audiences from different cultures to share cultural and artistic activities today and during the centuries to come.
The platform is 6 mts high with a capacity to accommodate 2500 spectators. The platform is accessed by 10 different stairs. Cascade pools and water-jets are located between the stairs. Around the platform there are 5 pools with water-jets, each of 625 sq.mts. The compound is an Aqua Park. The water circulation is 7.200 cu.mts per minute.

X As an illustration of modern architecture, Fantanli shopping center water on the top. The project was designed by Polimeks Construction architectural group and the outdoor section was planned to have several water-games areas. 7.800 m² per minute of water flows over the top the building and gives a splendid fascinating view. The total area is 43.200 sq.mts. Shops and fast food sections are inside an area of 13.022 sq.mts. There are also cascading pools around the building The height of the center is 91 mts and on top there is a decorative flag pole.

Saparmurat Türkmenbaşı Central Hospital, built with the latest technology, has a capacity of 136 beds
and lies on 25.000 sq.mts construction area. The Military Hospital has a yearly capacity of 11.500 patients (in bed), 49.500 patients in the Polyclinic, 1.300 patients in surgery, can make biomedical analysis of 180 patients
per hour and blood analysis of 60 patients per hour.
The diagnosis section examines 10.000 patients per year.
This department has the latest technology devices like Electro Cardio, Echo-K, EFGDS, Ultrason,
and Intern Doctors, Cardiologists, Surgeons, Urologists, Oculists, Gynecologists, Neurologists, Dentists
ready for the diagnosis. In the Radiology department, x-rays and state-of-the art technology is used for
3.000 patients per year. In the physiotherapy department, electrotherapy, mud bath, gymnastics, acupuncture method are used to treat 3.000 patients per year. Neurology department: has a capacity of 30 800 patients can be treated each year.
Internal Medicine department: has a capacity of 30 patients, different internal diseases
can be diagnosed and treated. 800 patients per year can be treated. In the Dental department, 2400
patients per year are treated with the highest technology devices. he surgery department consists of
two sections: general surgery with 30 patients capacity and plastic surgery with 30 patients capacity.
Provided with the highest technology devices, has a capacity of 1.000 and Intensive Care department can treat 6 patients simultaneously. This department is equipped with the highest technology devices.
Laboratory Department makes bacterial research and prognosis; can make 100.000 general analysis and
65.000 biochemical analysis per year. 22.595 plants and 395 trees inside the 22.000 sq.mts area of the Military Hospital are part of the project. The project was completed in 11 months and 9.500 sq.mts of marble was used on the facades of the hospital.

This building is constructed to introduce the book Ruhname, written by Türkmenistans President,to the Türkmen people and the world community. Besides Ruhname other books of the Türkmen Civilization
are exhibited. This building was constructed by Polimeks, by transforming the old two stories court house to a 3 stories center. The building was reinforced and improved. The management offices, the conference and meeting halls and the exhibition halls were meticulously decorated with an interior decorating project and opened in October 2000 to the visitors.

National Park Fountains is one of the projects of incredible dimensions and beauty accomplished by our firm. The National Park zone is the most important and meaningful planning of Ashgabat city. On the 2000 m longnorthern border of this zone were built 69 pools. The pools, on the border of the park near the road, are lined along 2000 m. Each pool has a different design. With terrific water-games and vivacity is like a diamond necklace hanging on the neck of the park. The water flow in this project is 14.000 m³. It takes days to only fill the pools with water. Our firm achieved an incredible success by completing this project in 5 months with 3 shifts. The project lies on an area of 171.050 m². 14.900 m³ of marble, 17.074 m² of granite, 3.000 trees were used to make the landscape of 113.207 m² area. 23.968 m² of ceramic work was completed in the same period of time.

The Residence of the Ministry of Commerce 1 built in Turkmenistan is a twelve floors apartment building housing 2 suits on the each floor. There are a total 24 suits and the each floor incorporates two suits symmetrical to the each other. With the sense of motion created on the facade the suits on the each floor weredesigned as symmetric of the each other, but on several floors sizes of the suits are different than one another in terms of square meter spaces covered. In order to ensure a spacious setting on the entrance flor nearly a 100 m² space was allocated for the entrance, elevators and stairway. On this floor there are similar, symmetrical 2 room studio apartments covering 150 m² each

The project of the Residence Of The Ministry Of Finance consists of two apartment buildings 12 stories each.The total construction area is 2.968 sq.mts. There are 44 apartments each of 177 sq.mts. In one of the buildings the apartment on the third storey is solely designed as Presidential floor. The Project aimed at a very comfortable building. The connection between the two buildings is a domed arcade. In the entrance of each building there are 6 shops, in total 12 shops. Between the buildings a 32 sq.mts pool with 17 nozzles exhibits the movement of the water. The compound has 8.046 sq.mts green area, 1.279 sq.mts outdoor parking lot, and a kindergarten.

Türkmenistan State Archives is a turn-key building, constructed to store documents, audio tapes, video tapes and all kind of documents in a systematic manner. In order to safely pass the present records to the next generations, telecine device, audio recording studio, scanners and fully equipped computer systems were also procured. The archives, containing shelves and cupboards of international standards to systematically archive printed, audio and video records, the exhibition hall where important documents are displayed and the conference hall are important sections of the building. Furthermore, the areas where very confidential and important documents are stored, have a fire extinguishing system based on the gas FM-200, which lowers the oxygen content of the environment without causing damage to the paper documents. The building is constructed on 1037 sq.mts plot and the total area is 8.000 sq.mts. The indoor decoration was made with meticulousness.

The Residence of the Ministry of Energy Project built in Turkmenistan is a 12 floors 36 suits apartment building with 3 suits on the each floor covering approximately 120 m² each. The project which is erected over a total of 11.000 m² space there is a single apartment block, 2 shops block, 1 unsheltered car parking space for six cars, one sheltered car parking area for 36 cars, and one building unit housing the boiler room and transformer, as well as green space arrangements. In order to ensure servicing to varying purpose users, 1 and 2 room studio apartments were planned on the entrance floor of the apartment block. Despite the façade of the building is identical to Ministry of Commerce block 1, the buildings settlement areas and the total floorspaces vary in form and size.

The Project was established over a total land surface area of 22.000 m² with green spaces, incorporating two identical apartment blocks, 1 large mall block two separate unsheltered car parking areas adjacent to the each block for 6 cars each, an unsheltered car parking area for 24 cars located in the middle of the two blocks, and a building including the boiler room and transformer. Dissimilar to the round shaped forms used in the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Energy residences which are also located within the same land; strait forms were adopted for these apartment blocks.

The project of the Drama Theater with National Lute started in February 2002 in Ashgabat, the capital of Türkmenistan. The contracting period is 20 months. The building of the Drama Theater with National Lute with 10.000 sq.mts closed and 18.000 sq.mts outdoor area can accommodate 800 spectators in the theater hall. This is designed as a multi-purpose hall. 574 spectator seats are in the parterre and 224 seats in the balcony. The stage area is 21x8 meters, 450 sq.mts . The height 22 meters. On the stage there are 15 wheels with opposite weights to arrange the decoration, one turning stage with 9 mts diameter. Before the stage there is a 55 sq.mts orchestra pit equipped with a worm screw system.

The project of the Horse Breeding compound will be completed in two steps. It aims at keeping the thoroughbreds of the famous Türkmen Ahal Teke horses and in the future to breed healthier and more
trained horses. The project was designed by Polimeks and the construction already started. In the
first step this plant will host 300 horses. The project includes one track of sand 1800 mts long and one track
of grass field 2000 mts long, to enable the Ahal Teke horses to compete in an hippodrome of international
standards. A grandstand that can accommodate 5000 spectators and is covered with fire-proof membranes
of the latest technology, designed to comfortably watch horse races is also part of the project. Other buildings
inside this compound are an hospital for the surgery and treatment of horses, a high standard lab for the
thoroughbred tests, a training pool, quarantine building, a lean-to-roof straw and weed places, feed plant,
management building, a building for preparation before races, a doping control building and saddling
sections. The first step of the compound is 548.000 sq.mts, the second step 1.012.000 sq.mts and totally 1.560.000 sq.mts.

Ongoing construction of the Puppet Theater project in Ashgabat Turkmenistan was planned with theintention to adopt the puppet tradition, inherited from ancient times in Turkmenistan, to children as well as adults and to sustain this tradition for the benefit of the progeny. This puppet theater constructed on a total sheltered area of 8,000 m², consists of two theater halls for 350 and 200 people. Advanced technology
stage mechanics, audio and illumination systems complying with international standards are used in
the project. These systems include elevating and lowering orchestra pits elevating and lowering platforms,
automatically controlled stage curtains and scenes etc. Besides the theater halls, the project contains

In the archaeological excavations carried out under the direction of American Professor Rafael Pampelliin the year 1904 in the city Anew10 km outside of Ashgabat, 5000 years old wheat seeds were discovered.
This wheat species is the known as the oldest wheat cultivation areas, and is called "white wheat" or "anaus
culture". So some 100 years after the discovery, building a "wheat museum" at the site in memoriam of this discovery was requested. "Akbuğday Museum" with building crests and tower designed in "wheat
ear" style is a two-floor building with a 25,000 m² wide covered area, expanding on a 25,000 m² space of
land. Farming equipment and method used during the contemporary times will be exhibited in the entrance floor, whereas ancient items will be placed in the basement floor. In addition, the basement floor will contain a conference hall for 200 and a separate lounge, serving in the informative process, which is very important for regional agriculture. The facade of the building has an eclectic design with strong emphasis on mostly on wheat ear design. Similar
expressionist influence. It is based design styles are based on in indoor rooms and a semi-classic decoration
atmosphere is created.

Project currently in progress in Turkmenistan will be a 15 floors apartment building.
